Digital Marketer – Asenka Global

Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Lead to drive cross-brand digital growth for Asenka Global’s subsidiaries—Asenka Apartments and Mace Pharmacy & Stores. This role blends performance marketing, content strategy, and CRM collaboration to deliver measurable impact across real estate and retail wellness sectors.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop and manage unified content calendars for both brands
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Align messaging with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and community events

2. SEO & SEM

  • Optimize websites and landing pages for search visibility and conversion
  • Implement keyword strategies and blog content to drive organic traffic
  • Manage Google Search campaigns for both real estate and pharmacy offerings

3. Paid Advertising

  • Launch and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and report ROI across campaigns
  • A/B test creatives and targeting to improve lead quality

4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Build and segment email lists for promotions, retention, and onboarding
  • Create automated flows and WhatsApp broadcasts for customer engagement
  • Track open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics

5. CRM & Lead Nurturing

  • Collaborate with Customer Service Relations (CSR) to manage CRM workflows
  • Tag and segment leads from digital channels for follow-up and conversion
  • Ensure timely handoff of qualified leads to sales and service teams

6. Digital Analytics & Reporting

  • Track weekly KPIs: engagement, CTR, CPL, conversions, open rates
  • Provide actionable insights to the Business Manager for strategic decisions
  • Maintain 100% reporting accuracy and timeliness

7. Brand Consistency & Innovation

  • Ensure all digital assets reflect brand identity and tone
  • Experiment with new formats (influencer collabs, reels, interactive posts)
  • Stay updated on trends across real estate, pharmacy, and wellness sectors
