🔹 Job Summary

Asenka Apartments is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of our short-let apartment units. Housekeepers will ensure all guest spaces are spotless, well-stocked, and ready for check-in, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and brand reputation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces and floors

• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries and amenities

Laundry & Linen Management

• Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels as needed

• Track linen usage and report shortages or damages

• Ensure fresh and clean linens are available for every check-in

Apartment Turnover

• Prepare units for guest arrival with attention to detail and presentation

• Follow standardized cleaning checklists for consistency

• Report any damages, maintenance needs, or missing items to the Operations Supervisor

Inventory Support

• Monitor usage of cleaning supplies and guest amenities

• Notify Operations Supervisor when restocking is needed

• Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and equipment

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other housekeepers to coordinate cleaning schedules

• Support Operations team during high turnover periods

• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times

Expected Deliverables

• Clean, guest-ready apartments before every check-in

• Timely and thorough turnover of units

• Accurate reporting of damages and inventory needs

• Consistent adherence to hygiene and safety protocols

• Positive guest feedback on cleanliness and presentation
