Operations Supervisor – Short-Let Division

🔹 Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of Asenka’s new short-let apartment, ensuring smooth service delivery, facility maintenance, and guest satisfaction. This role includes procurement, inventory control, people management, and coordination of housekeeping and maintenance teams, with a strong focus on operational excellence and cost efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

 General Operations & Facility Oversight

  • Supervise daily operations across all apartment units

  • Ensure all facilities (rooms, pool, common areas) meet brand standards

  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve operational issues promptly

Procurement & Supplies

  • Manage procurement of cleaning materials, guest amenities, and maintenance tools

  • Track inventory levels and ensure timely restocking

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for quality and cost-effective sourcing

People Management

  • Supervise housekeeping staff, maintenance technicians, and support personnel

  • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance

  • Conduct training and enforce service protocols

Housekeeping Coordination

  • Ensure timely cleaning and turnover of units before guest check-in

  • Monitor quality of cleaning and presentation

  • Maintain records of cleaning schedules and inspections


Maintenance & Repairs

  • Oversee routine and emergency maintenance across all units

  • Coordinate with technicians for plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

  • Maintain a maintenance log and ensure timely resolution of issues

Pool Supervision

  • Ensure pool cleanliness, chemical balance, and safety compliance

  • Schedule regular cleaning and maintenance

  • Report any faults or hazards immediately

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit weekly operational reports to the Business Manager

  • Track expenses, inventory usage, and staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards

  • Clean, safe, and well-maintained pool and facilities
