Pharmacy Technician(s)/Nurse

Assists the pharmacist in daily operations, including preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing support to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications, including counting, labeling, and packaging.
Receive and process prescriptions, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and assisting with orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
Process insurance claims and handle payment transactions.
Answer patient questions about prescription refills, store hours, and general inquiries (referring clinical questions to the pharmacist).
Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
KPIs:
Dispensing Efficiency: Number of prescriptions processed per hour.
Inventory Organization and Accuracy: Minimal discrepancies in assigned inventory sections.
Error Rate (Support Tasks): Accuracy in labeling, packaging, and data entry.
Stock Rotation Adherence: Percentage of items correctly rotated by expiry date.
Cleanliness and Organization Scores: Based on regular checks.
