Ensures the safety and security of the premises, staff, and customers by monitoring activity, deterring theft, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the interior and exterior of the store regularly.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Control access points and verify identity of individuals if required.
- Deter theft and shoplifting through visible presence and vigilance.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Assist staff and customers during emergencies.
- Prepare and submit incident reports for any security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Enforce company policies and security protocols.
- Provide a friendly and professional presence at the store entrance.
KPIs:
- Theft/Shrinkage Reduction: Decrease in inventory loss due to theft.
- Incident Response Time: Speed of reaction to security alerts.
- Number of Security Incidents: Low number of security breaches, unauthorized entries.
- Compliance with Security Protocols: Adherence to patrol schedules and reporting.
- Customer/Staff Safety Feedback: Perception of safety and security in the store.
Shift:
Security Guard Alternate days: 6:30 AM – 9:30 PM
